Rules of Promotions

These rules govern all promotion activities (including but not limited to price-based, value-added, prize-draw and loyalty programs) conducted by Maskulo within described scope

I. Legal & Geographic Scope

The legal entity responsible for the terms, conditions, and fulfillment of all promotions is:

  • For all countries except the USA: Wilton Europe UG (Germany, Berlin).

These rules apply to all “Maskulo EU fulfillment websites” with the following domains:

II. General Governing Principles and Validity

  1. Final Authority: All promotions are ultimately governed by these official rules and the specific terms stated in the campaign advertisement and a Maskulo website blog post about this campaign (usually has the page address of the format: maskulo.[domain]/blogs/news)

  2. Non-Combinability Rule: Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, other offers, or other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific campaign's terms.

  3. Timing: For time-sensitive sales (e.g., Black Friday, Flash Sales, Limited-time Offer LTO), discounts will automatically start at 00:00 (midnight) of the first designated day and end at 23:59 on the final designated day of the promotion, based on the store's local time zone (Berlin, Germany).

  4. Limited Stock: All offers and promotions are subject to limited quantities of goods and are valid only while supplies last.

  5. Applicable Pricing: When discounts are applied automatically, prices are shown with the discount applied, and no separate promo code is required.

  6. According to the legislation of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we guarantee that any designated discount is applied to the lowest price of a particular product for at least 30 days prior to the reduction.

III. Exclusions and Limitations (Non-Eligible Items)

The following products and categories are excluded from promotions, discounts, and the calculation of minimum spending thresholds:

  • Sale Items: Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale or marked down.

  • Gift Cards: Promotions exclude Gift Cards. By law, Gift Cards are considered payment instruments and are generally exempt from price reduction rules, as they do not constitute a price reduction of a specific good.

  • New Collections: Promotions do not apply to the New collection unless otherwise is stated.

  • Custom Products: Custom or personalized products are excluded from returns and promotional discounts (e.g., personalized items).

  • Intimate/Personal Care Goods: Non-returnable items like Personal care goods (e.g., Enhancing Silicone D*ck Covers, Cockrings etc) and certain Final Sale/Markdown items are excluded from discounts or only covered by specific warranties.

IV. Rules Specific to Free Shipping Conditions

Free shipping offers are subject to the following limitations:

  • Service Type: Free shipping promotions or codes apply only to the economy delivery via the designated state postal service - National Postal Service of Latvia, Latvijas Pasts.

  • Exclusions: Free Shipping offer is not applicable to express shipping methods (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weight Limits: Economy free shipping applies only to orders below a maximum weight (2 kg).

    • Customer Advice: If a customer experiences issues applying the free shipping offer, they are advised to split their order into smaller ones to check if the total weight exceeds the economy shipping limit.

V. Rules Specific to Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) Offers

When running promotions that include a free gift with a qualifying purchase (GWP offers), the following rules apply:

  • Limit: The promotion is limited to only one gift per purchase (even if the purchase amount significantly exceeds the threshold).

  • Gift Selection: After the value of goods added by a customer to the online cart exceeds the required minimum amount, customers are offered by the system to choose the gift, often specifying size and color, in a pop-up window or at checkout.

  • Returns/Refunds: In case of partial or full return of the items from the order that participated in any promotion - if the order becomes ineligible for the promotion because of that - the order value is recalculated on “no promotion” conditions that were valid at the moment of purchase. For example, the gift price or the discount's total value will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Troubleshooting Gifts (Customer Advice): If the gift pop-up does not appear despite meeting the minimum purchase requirement, the customer should:

    • Check Exclusions: First check if they included items from an excluded collection (see Section III) in their cart. If this is the case, they must replace those items with others that total the required minimum.

    • Refresh: Try clicking the "Update" button in their cart and proceeding to checkout again.
